**Primary Objective**:
Supporting management regarding financial operational analysis, basic project management, reporting, and measuring of data/statistics; while ensuring accurate and timely preparation of reports, presentations, and analytics.

To organize that data in a way to help MIS Manager make better business decisions. Work to help collect and manage data so that it can be used to analyse business functions, productivity and redundancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data extraction from source or raw data.
- Gathers, organizes and carryout statistical analysis of all business data.
- Refine the data extracted and tabulate into MIS reporting for business users.
- Assist in non-complex extraction data from data warehouse as requested by business users or for the needs of data quality improvements.
- Conducts data analyses and reports results using SAS and other statistical analysis software.
- Evaluate business data to identify their different characteristics and locate their similarities to find ways they can be integrated for better results.
- Design comprehensive data reports and other business tools to assist business managers and executives in making good business decisions.
- Summarizes statistical results of a project by creating graphs, tables and charts. Interprets and conveys results to the business users. Refines statistical models after consultation.
- Designs ad hoc statistical reports requested by business users.
- Timely deliverables on scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Oversees provision of ad hoc management reports.
- Provides basic project management support (developing project plans and reporting on progress) regarding projects, presentations, and various initiatives as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Document structure of company business data which serves as a guide in execution of tasks.
- Arrange anomalies of consumption and identify errors in data and take measures to resolve them.
- Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis.
- Any other tasks that maybe assigned by the superiors.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Degree holder preferably with at least 2 years’ collection and recovery management, Analytics and Collection Systems in financial industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial industry.
- Experience in Collection & Recovery, Collection Optimization, Analytics and Collections Systems.
- Proficient in Statistical Analytics System (SAS)
- Analytical Skills: work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Will need to see through the data and analyse it to find conclusions.
- Communication Skills: To present findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. Will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
- Attention to Detail: Data is precise. To make sure one is vigilant in analysis to come to correct conclusions.
- Math Skills: Need math skills to estimate numerical data.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.

Advance skills in Microsoft Word with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
