- Responsible for maintaining online payment system and provide follow-up action with customers to ensure that problems can be resolved
- Responsible for providing administrative support.
- Responsible for informing customers about the latest features and functions in company’s products.
- Responsible for organizing, retrieving, storing and recording important documents.
- Responsible for support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Management of the company.
