Admin Executive Fresh Grad Encouraged

Our company specializes in creating innovative furniture and recently expanded our product range to custom made kitchen cabinets, wardrobe and bed sheets too. As the direct supplier, we are able to deliver the best quality furniture for your money with a single, fair and honest price and simultaneously delivering to countries worldwide. The designs we offer are simple and elegant with a touch of uniqueness which hopefully inspires others.
For this reason, we are now looking for a few individuals keen to join our Admin team to grow together as a team
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly workflows are completed on time.
- Answer phone calls and reply messages promptly.
- Monitor and update branch finances, making sure business transactions are complete, record and analyze sales activity and support daily sales operations.
- Keep to date the daily payment balancing and transaction (Cash, Credit Card & Cheque) collected by respective branches.
- Ensure that the complete set of bills are properly handled and kept and recorded. (No missing bills)
- Provide support to the Sales team when representatives are away from the outlet, act as an extension of the team.
- Using e-commerce systems daily to update new products, promotions and data analysis.
- Keep track of sales promotion, able to process ordering and monitor credit card terminal usage.
- Check extended warranty sales and records, ensure all Extended Warranty sales are registered into online systems accordingly.
- Receive and record repair sets of products.
- Create content for social media platforms and company website.
- Attend roadshows on a scheduled basis.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Professional Certificate or higher in Business / Finance / Management or related.
- 1 year working experience in related field
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel and Word)
- Junior Executive specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent (preferred)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
