**Sales Admin Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify target customer segments: Begin by identifying customer segments that are most likely to be interested in bancassurance products. This could include individuals with existing banking relationships, high net worth individuals, or specific demographic groups based on your market research.
- Participate in sales and marketing events: Attend relevant sales and marketing events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and community gatherings. These events provide opportunities to showcase your bancassurance products, interact with potential customers, and generate leads. Use persuasive communication skills to engage attendees and highlight the benefits of your products.
- Establish strong business relationships: Building rapport with customers is crucial for long-term success. Actively listen to their needs, concerns, and financial goals. Provide personalized attention and exceptional customer service to gain their trust. Regularly follow up with customers to address any queries, offer additional assistance, and build a relationship based on trust and credibility.
- Provide financial advice: Offer financial advice based on customers' unique circumstances and needs. Understand their risk tolerance, investment goals, and insurance requirements. Analyze their existing policies, if any, and suggest appropriate bancassurance products that align with their financial objectives.
- Follow up on policy matters: After customers have purchased bancassurance products, maintain regular contact to provide updates and address any policy-related concerns. Be proactive in providing assistance, such as explaining policy terms, coverage details, and claims procedures. This level of personalized service enhances customer satisfaction and increases the likelihood of future up-selling opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sales and a desire to succeed
- Show interest in Bancassurance sales
- Good communication skill and like to interact with others

**Salary Package and Benefits**:

- Salary starts from RM2300 until RM4000 (Based on experience & qualification)

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
