**Job description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to our marketing efforts, responsible for crafting compelling content, engaging with our community, and assisting in the execution of our marketing strategies to promote our unique kombucha drinks.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**

1. Create, curate, and manage engaging content for Citra Kesom's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

2. Schedule and publish posts with social media management tools.

3. Monitor and respond to comments and messages to promote community engagement.

4. Track and analyze social media metrics to determine their effectiveness and inform future strategies.

5. Keep up with the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Content Creation**

1. Assist with the creation of multimedia content such as photos, videos, graphics, and blog posts.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

3. Ensure that all content is consistent with brand guidelines and company values.

**Marketing Support**

1. Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

2. Help to maintain and update the company's website and blog.

3. Conduct market research to determine trends and opportunities.

5. Encourage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product labels.

**Analytics and Reporting**

1. Track and report on the effectiveness of social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

2. Use analytics tools to gain insights and make recommendations for improvement.

3. Stay competitive by keeping track of competitor activity and industry trends.

**Community Engagement**

1. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers.

2. Engage with online communities and forums related to kombucha and healthy living.

3. Represent [Company Name] at events, trade shows, and community activities as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Have diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.

2. Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

3. Passionate in fermentation and the production of kombucha or other fermented food products.

4. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

5. Excellent analytical and research skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Melayu and English.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
