**Responsibilities**:

- Order processing and daily data entry.
- Assist customers with collection of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Ensure that all documents are well sorted and organized daily.
- Follow up with all pending deliveries.
- Update customers and sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.
- Handle and rectify all on site issues faced with customers.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
