Responsibilities:
1. Provides administrative and logístical support for projects, initiatives, and programs within an NGO environment.

2. Assists assigned managers and team members by maintaining calendars, receiving and composing communications as correspondence, and replies to inquiries.
3. Responsible for assessing beneficiaries data and proceeding further action.

4. Responsible for preparing reports and stories to other departments.

5. Responsible for planning and running an impact program.

6. Responsible for reviewing all the SOP’s in the department.

7. Responsible for handling campaigns and content with the creative department for campaign footage.

8. Responsible for preparing specific aid for beneficiaries.

9. To attend meetings and events whenever necessary and when requested.

10. To follow the standard operating procedure of the organization on work ethics and professional duties at all times.

11. To take on any other related responsibilities which are reasonably related to the job title of this position.

12. Assist in updating and verifying SOPs and applicable clearance forms.

13. Other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager or designated representative.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
At least 1-3 years of working experienced.
Experienced as a volunteer or involved in any community service is added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Possess own transport

**Salary**: RM1,190.81 - RM2,225.61 per month
