Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, and other materials.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for the company.
- Data entry.
- Arrange bookings and coordinate of all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner.
- To liaise and update customers on daily delivery status.
- Capable of handling other tasks as and when required by the department.
- Monthly stock count participation.
- Prepare invoice for drop shipment.

Requirement
- Minimum academic requirement: SPM
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Have skills and knowledge of computer software such as Office, Word, Excel and etc
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1650 per month
