The Danaher Diagnostics platform consists of a community of Five fellow Diagnostics (Dx) Companies including Beckman Coulter (Diagnostics), Leica Biosystems, Cepheid, Radiometer & Hemocue. Together, we’re working to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health problems.

The Human Resources Business Partner for Diagnostics in Malaysia will be responsible for end-to-end HR for the Dx organization in Malaysia ensuring an effective HR and Customer Focused set up to optimize the best HR support for all functions. The incumbent acts proactively to ensure that Global and local HR processes are implemented and sustained, ensuring the best People and Organization Development for future growth. Serving as the primary strategic business partner to the Dx GM and partnering with our OpCo teams from Leica Biosystems, Radiometer and Cepheid.

This position reports into the Senior Director HR - APAC CEP + SEA Dx.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Oversees and Implement HR Strategy and Policies.
- Ensure People Managers have the right level of knowledge in relation to HR policies and processes.
- Drive people priority deliverables on Retention, Development, Engagement, Talent management and DE&I agendas.
- Provide high level of HR partnering to leaders.
- Establish onboarding programme for all employees to ensure strong belonging and understanding of Radiometer Malaysia and Danaher.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Masters in HR, Business Administration, Labor Law, Organizational Psychology or Sociology
- Solid hands-on experience (7 + years) within most areas of HR (talent management, performance management, business partnering, compliance and compensation & benefits
- 7+ years solid hands-on experience across most HR disciplines: Talent Management, Performance Management, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Business Partnering and coaching leaders in People and organizational development
- Experience with running effective HR Services in a growing matrixed organization. Shared Service Centre experience is highly desirable.
