Job Responsibilities:

- **Follow up business transaction including enquiries, quotation, documentation & requirement from customer.**:

- To prepare quotation, sales order **To answer telephone calls or WhatsApp and efficiently respond in friendly manner.**:

- Communicate closely with Sales personnel and customers on orders received to ensure timely delivery.
- **Liaise with production to ensure sales orders are carried out accurately. ** Assist in general office administration work as and when required.
- **Able to communicate and cooperate with others department ** Report to Sales Executive, Director or other superiors.

Requirements:

- **Fresh graduates are most welcoming to apply.**:

- Required skill(s) : experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have basic knowledge in mathematics (Calculation).
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- **Responsible and discipline to work.**:

- **Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang.**

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
