**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development and implementation of all rules and procedures governing tendering and contract processes.
- Assist to updates with HOD / BD Team members schedules and meeting.
- Assists in the tender process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission.
- Collates and checks documentation within the tendering and contract process.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the Company.
- Assist in procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, collaboration with Project Management/Operations and sourcing network/websites.
- Assist in maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Assist in crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue for the Company.
- Assist in negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices and favourable terms to Company.
- Equipping self with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Assist in reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Assist in preparing and presenting weekly and monthly business development reports to Management.
- Assist in maintaining all marketing materials and platform such as company profile, website, and social media.
- Performs other related duties as required.

**Requirement**
- A multitasker with the ability to handle pressure, solve tough problems and meet deadlines
- Familiar with Tendering Process of GOV tender is added advantage
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office.
- Independent, knowledgeable, organized &responsible.
