**Primary Objective**:
- Operational and Transactional efficiency
- Urgency and accuracy in execution and completion of tasks
- Sense of indirect engagement to clients
- Ensure customer service excellent
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work towards professional and prompt attention to internal / external client's requests, queries, issues etc with mínimal service gaps.
- Maintain operational efficiency and accuracy in execution of client related transactions to meet the pre-set standard of service.
- Work closely with respective inter-related departments/sections to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Comply with internal /external policies and guidelines so as to avoid any adverse impacts to the company financial wise as well as reputation wise.
- Attend to ad-hoc requests made by clients within acceptable period of time so as to maintain satisfactory level of service.
- Acting as front liner and proactively escalate to the Management on all customer facing matters that have direct impacts to the business and customer service delivery channel.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM record via MFund ISS (Grievance &Queries) on all business related enquiries and complaints to ensure proper records for better customer handling.
- Maintain an up-to-date Complaint Register and liaise with Compliance Officer and Senior Management in a achieving a resolution and respond to the complainant within the stipulated time.
- Take charge of compilation of the turnaround time for queries attended to by Back Office.
- Create/reset password for MySuccess Portal users.
- Act as single point of contact to check the completeness of transaction forms received from KL Main and prepare daily booking sheet to be sent to Transfer Agency for processing.
- Arrange in delivery and mailing or redemption cheques and payment advices to investors and branches within the standard turnaround time.
- Assist walk-in clients on all client-facing documentation.
- To carry out other functions and tasks as and when the need arises.
- To demonstrate teamwork in Business Support Unit and working closely with other team members and Senior Management personnel at all times.
- Responsible on preparing audit confirmations for corporate clients.
- Accountable for retail client onboarding/KYC which include client invest through my invest portal.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Bachelor Degree -.
- Minimum 2 years working experience with the
relevant exposures in the financial services
industry
- Good understanding, knowledge and experience
of the Asset Management industry
- Ability to work effectively with people from all

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Good analytical skill and meticulous
