Job Description for Officer, Sales Admin

Duties and Responsibilities:
**1) Timely dating of SPA and perform sales administrations functions including generate progress billing and handing over vacant possession letters.**

**2) Timely generation of letters to solicitors in forwarding the transfer and original title.**

**3) Timely issuance of undertaking letters to end financiers.**

**4) Attend to purchasers during handing over vacant possession.**

**5) Timely issuance of official receipts for all collections received.**

**6) Prepare all documents generated for despatch.**

**7) Filing.**

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
