Sales Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor sales administrative works including sales submission, follow up with sales representative for outstanding documents.
- In-charge of loan submission, loan documents collection and follow up loan status with bankers.
- To liaise with solicitors and bankers for the SPA, LO and Loan Agreement signing arrangement and documentation
- Prepare and update sales and admin reports such as weekly loan status reports, etc.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum one to two years related working experience
- Minimum diploma in any field or equivalent
- Willing to travel within Johor
- Able to lead and make strong decisions.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
