The Network and Security Operations Analyst will fulfil a dual role encompassing responsibilities from both SOC Security Analyst and NOC Network Analyst positions. This multifaceted role requires expertise in monitoring, analysing, and maintaining both network and security infrastructure to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational assets.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Monitor and analyse security events and network performance using SIEM, IDS/IPS, network monitoring tools, and systems.
- Respond to security alerts and network incidents, conducting initial triage, and analysis to determine severity and impact.
- Escalate security incidents and network outages to appropriate teams or vendors, following established procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with incident response teams and vendors to investigate and remediate security incidents and network disruptions.
- Document security incidents, network outages, and resolution activities in incident management systems.
- Conduct routine devices health checks.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in security and network operations through continuous learning and training.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent are a plus.
- Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in level 1 support in SOC or NOC.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues, configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Familiarity with common cyber threats, attack vectors, and defence-in-depth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa.
- Willing to work on shift hours.
- Fresh graduate with SOC internship experience are welcome to apply.
