Front Office Supervisor

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to join our exceptional hotel team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead the front desk team, including Front Desk Agents and Guest Service Representatives.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to established procedures.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal coverage at all times.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and find suitable solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle administrative tasks related to front desk operations.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role within the hotel industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
