**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
**Others**:
- To understand, contribute and support the achievement of company’s business goals and department’s objectives.
- To contribute towards the achievement of the HSEQ objectives by complying with the HSEQ policy and participating in the implementation of HSEQ management system.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Qualification: Possesses Malaysian Institute of Accountants or any relevant fields.
- Experience: 2 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance related field would be added advantage.
3. Skills & competencies:
a) Strong administration skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and documenting.
b) Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.
c) Well verse both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
d) Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
