Report for work punctually in a proper and neat attire complete with name tag.
- Check rooms of expected VIP arrivals to ensure all is in order.
- Overseeing reservation department operation.
- To be familiar with all emergency's procedures - (fire, black-out, flood, stalled elevators) and to be able to direct such emergency.
- Handle any request for special rates, discounts or other special rates, discounts or other special arrangements and to revert to Front Office Manager.
- Be well informed of all in-house promotion, activities and function and to relay all pertinent information to staff.
- Maintain and control inventory of safe deposit keys on a weekly basis and report to Front office manager on status.
