Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage and build relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze and prepare weekly performance figures for management, and actively participate in weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and stay on the forefront of retail business knowledge development.
- Coach partner salespersons to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like inventory, customer service, and marketing support to ensure business creates growth.
- Develop channel marketing and promotions plans.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a retail or business development role in the ICT industry (Computer, Telco, Consumer Electronics).
- Strong business judgement backed by an analytical mindset, and comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
- Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect the root causes of problems, and implement solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to represent an organization in external meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter, takes ownership, and is passionate about driving results - comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for daily development growth.
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
