**The Role Responsibilities**

**Strategy**

We need a dedicated PSS manager to cover for Pakistan and China.

IT-TPS CPBB Digital Channels.

**Risk Management**
- To manage all the existing risks currently present in BAU and work on the mitigation plan.

**Governance**
- To be an active participant in Governance council.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

**Key Stakeholders**
- Country Technology Management / CS
- Bachelor's Degree in IT with 5 -8 years of Banking and Finance industry experience or similar industry
- Experience in supporting SST, Switching, Debit Cards, Agency Banking and Payment’s domain.
- Strong understanding of SST, Switching, Debit Cards and Payments architecture, functionality, and capabilities, with hands-on Experience in solution design, configuration, customisation and integration.
- High proficiency in at least two of the modules - SST, Switching, Debit Cards, and Payments Core modules.
- Knowledge about Back Office integration to trouble shoot the issues and fix the problem.
- Knowledge about HSM protocols and configuration, Knowledge about encryption Keys / Cryptography both symmetric and asymmetric keys, 3DES, AES, SM4, SHA.
- Familiarity with Visa, MC, UPI, Domestic Network, EMV technologies and standards, and PCI DSS and PA DSS standards.
- Familiarity with Contact and Contactless technologies, Familiarity with 3DS and Tokenization standards.
- Experience with an EFT transaction switching or on-line banking environment.
- Hands-on experience with automated test tools and simulators.
