**Summary**

**Responsibilities**:
1) HR Data Management:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR data and documents.
- Support the HR team in data entry, validation, and data clean-up initiatives.

2) Process Improvement:

- Collaborate with the HR operations team to identify inefficiencies in HR processes.
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of HR operations.
- Participate in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR processes.

3) Compliance and Documentation:

- Assist in ensuring HR compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents, contracts, and policies.

4) Employee Records Management:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital employee records.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation.

5) HR Systems Support:

- Provide assistance to employees with HR system-related inquiries and technical issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve HR system problems.

6) General HR Support:

- Assist in answering employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- An understanding of HR fundamentals and relevant employment laws is a plus.

- Monday to Friday

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
