The role reports to the Human Resource Manager and the main purpose is to provide day-to-day administrative and office support in the various HR administrative functions. Your main administrative duties include maintaining proper staff personnel records, prepare documents related to employee lifecycle and maintain efficiency and confidentiality on all staff personnel matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, collate and ensure timely submission of documents related to employee lifecycle & payroll (i.e., letter of appointments, resignation letters, confirmation of employment letters, transfer of employment letters, etc.)
- Ensure accurate and complete collation of employee personnel files
- Update and maintain master listing of employee data upon new hirings, resignations, and internal movements
- Prepare monthly labour reporting for internal employee movement
- Coordinate and maintain the renewals of contract of service agreements especially for pathologists and contract staff
- Assist in other administrative functions that falls under HR purview (i.e., recruitment, carpark bay management, stationeries management, attendance monitoring system, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred, however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Organised and detail-oriented in their work
- Able to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Able to maintain confidentiality in all areas of work and employees personal data
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
