**Responsibilities**:

- To support team and coordinate sales-related activities within the company.
- Play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field service force.
- Provide excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
- To help technicians improve their productivity and spend more time in the field, provide a variety of support services and contribution on achieving sales targets to customers.
- Process all kinds of services reports to customers timely.
- Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and responsible for handling all complaints from Customers, co-ordinate with other relevant departments to investigate customer complaints and take corrective action to solve the problems.
- Liaising with customers for service reports, certificates issued.
- Filing and keeping tracking of documents.
- Prepare daily report / job list for manager.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably specialized in service and sales. Degrees in other fields are welcome. Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, Autocad etc.
- Good attitude and shows responsibility.
- Understanding of production and service/sales techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
- Able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
