**Responsibilities**:

- 24 Hours activation of our emergency contact numbers.
- Hiring guard for new project & existing
- To conduct meeting with clients, perform customer order fulfillment and interacting with people at all levels
- To handle orientation for our guards and officers for new site
- Get ready for replacements at any time in the assignment
- Responsible for handing over salaries to Security Guard (if any)
- Ensure that all necessary equipment for the on-duty operation should be located in good condition and ready for use.
- Implementation of deductions to non-responsible and dedicated security guards
- Selecting high potential security guards to serve as officers by providing incentives and training
- Sending Invoices within specified period
- Cheque Collected
- It should be discussed first with the manager before warning or terminate the Security Guard service.
- Communicate with marketing units related to new assignments and customer needs before commencement of the assignment
- Collaborate with other departments to smooth out operations.
- Always inform the daily tasks to the HOD and always follow the instructions
