**Job **Responsibilities**:

- Receive mailing letters, parcels, packages, etc and distribute them accordingly
- Replenish A4, recycle papers and companies letterhead to copier machine every morning and evening
- Prepare daily refreshments for Chairman, GMD, and ED
- Monitor pantry, hygiene, and office supplies daily and replenish items when necessary
- Regularly check goods' expiration dates
- Daily checking CCTV to ensure no faulty and to highlight issue occurs to IT Department (if any)
- Daily checking of security guards' clock-in/clock-out and generating patrolling reports from the system
- Prepare and refill visitor forms at the security guard house
- Organize and keep updated records and files
- Monitor cleaners' daily job tasks to ensure the office is clean and tidy
- Cover and assist Frontdesk Officer's duty when required
- Collect meter readings for all copier machines (before the 5th of every month)
- Maintain operating office equipment, furniture, aircond, lights, etc are in good condition and report to the maintenance Team id found any malfunction or damages
- Check, verify and update companies' rubber stamps as per thechecklist
- Change faded labels/signage
- Check new car stickers for staffs/workers/outsiders
- To perform other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer, copier, machine and etc)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
