**Responsibilities**:
**1. Board Registration & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely submission of required documents.

**2. Communication and Customer Service**:

- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and internal/board complaints by providing assistance and information as needed.
- Coordinate and manage courier services if needed.

**3. Office Equipment and Facilities Management**:

- Monitor and report issues related to office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining office supplies such as stationery and toiletries, placing orders when necessary.
- Arrange payments for utility bills and other related expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results-oriented.
- Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 months of internship period.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
