**Job Overview**: We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, providing information about the resort and the local area, and ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and activities.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Assist in organizing events and activities for guests.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using reservation and front desk management software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of the Cameron Highlands area is a plus.
