Our operating model is based on an ecosystem of logistics partners stitched together with state-of-the-art technology and our modular infrastructure.In this position, you will lead the Transport First Mile Operations team and oversee end-to-end operations, daily activities, and the performance of pickup from seller and warehouse**Responsibilities**:
- Drive Lazada Logistics First Mile operations to bring efficiency, cost optimization, and best seller /customer experience.
- Reporting to the Head of Transport Operations and supporting him in driving 3PL First Mile operations performance.
- Leading the improvement of 3PL First Mile operations improvements by tracking and improving 3PL operations KPIs (3PL Pickup lead Time, Pickup N+0 and N+1, Failed attempt reason, Status Push/mappings/ failed reason, etc)
- To Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact
- To Design and document operations process flow to support operations
- Perform analysis of 3PL FM operations and performance (including campaigns) and come up with recommendations on how to optimize the current setup.
- Working with 3PL Management, network, contracts, and other Logistics teams in order to drive continuous improvement and enhance 3PL First Mile performance, customer and seller experience
- Lead root cause analysis with the team and incorporate the findings into key actions for either 3PLs or our department
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Continual tactical communication with external customers (3PL vendors/suppliers) and internal customers (operations, tech, Sort Centers, fulfillment)
- Systematically escalate problems or variances in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Other duties as assigned by direct manager

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Very organized, structured & detail-oriented, able to efficiently navigate and grasp cross-functional topics, end-to-end operations/system topics, and their impacts on costs/customer service/seller experience
- Strong analytical skills & ability to find gaps in our current processes to drive optimizations.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities skill
- Strong project management skills and drive improvement initiatives execution to be able to manage a transport operations roadmap
- Requires capacity to structure and drive operations audits
- Requires a very strong operation's go-and-see mindset to be able to find gaps in our current operations processes to drive operations optimizations.
- Ability to multi-task & keep track of follow-ups across different 3PLs.
- Excellent in managing teams in a fast-changing environment with strong attributes in managing change.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of MS Excel and ability to understand new information systems quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with minimum 5 year's experience in Delivery/Transportation/Supply Chain/logistics
- High and positive energy with a great collaboration attitude, flexible, and strong team player
- Logical, analytical, and data-driven with attention to detail
- Target driven
