**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotation, proforma invoice, room & function room blocking.
- Upselling additional services to clients to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate and implement all operations matters with the sales, marketing & design team
- Data key-in, filing, recording, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Degree/ Diploma or other relevant qualification(s).
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good time management, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Dedicated and hardworking with interest in event management and planning.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
