Job Description
To achieve the desired sales performance targets set.
To achieve the target product mix for Protection and Savings products.
To achieve overall productivity, conversion ratio, profitability and quality sales.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on leads generation
Responsible for farming activities on leads generated by bank, timely act on the leads provided & identify insurance needs to ensure high quality sales & conversion rate.
Provide feedback of the result of leads activity & leads quality to branch sales leaders.
Record daily sales activities, sales follow up actions and leads & pipeline management
Provide financial planning advice to customers in relation to their insurance portfolio
Provide updates via regular sales management meeting with sales leader
Provides after sales service & guidance to customers such as minor claims process, policy changes, etc.
Requirement
Highly results oriented and keen interest in direct sales position
With min 3 years of relevant working experience in financial service industry with sales experience in insurance sales in a banking environment
Proven track record in Bancassurance sales and life insurance protection product is preferable
Result oriented and strong ability to influence and motivate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
