**Responsibility**
- Update & record staff attendance
- Handling the import export activity and documentations, coordinating with airline for shipments and cargo storage.
- Ensure the cargo process and documentation comply with the current legislations and regulations.
- Ensure the other departments and customers’ service requests, enquiries and complaints are attempted promptly.
- Able to handle any tracing from any department
- Able to work independent and automatic sense
- Claim petty cash
- Submit supporting document to HR
- Make arrangement for Air Linehaul team
- Filling pick up and return AWB and any related documents
- To handle any ad-hoc task given by superior
- To comply with standard operation procedure (SOP) and operation guideline
- To comply with legal and environmental requirements
- To not cause unacceptable pollution to the environment

**Requirement**
- Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year working experience or Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
- Knowledge in handling the logistics industry, import export operations, customer services, customs declarations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to communicate with customers and relevant authorities
