Assistant Finance Manager

Preparation of group financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory and tax requirements.
- Manage all aspects of operations of the corporate secretarial function relating to the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and other relevant statutory compliance.
- Responsible for the preparation and coordination for publication of Annual Report in compliance with the Listing Requirements.
- Coordinate finance, tax and secretarial matters for the companies within the group.
- Review the financial statements of the companies within the group.
- Ensure the tax computation, tax estimate and revision of the companies within the group are submitted on time.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary, regulatory bodies, and government authorities/agencies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification (ACCA, MICPA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent) with at least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Well verse in Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory acts, laws and guidelines.
- Meticulous, committed, able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess strong compliance competency.
- Possess good leadership skill, a team player and good interpersonal skill.
- Possess a high level of computer literacy with familiarity in MS Excel and good knowledge of ERP system.
