***Department Overview**: APAC and China Channel Finance
**Business finance support for China Channel business and APAC projects

China Channel business finance support
- Responsible for China Channel finance month end closing activities
- Prepare monthly revenue report with rebate accruals and ensure numbers are reconciled to the GL and analyze how the numbers compare with the latest commit call numbers
- Maintain and track MOU, LOU and MPE performance of distributors
- Perform scenario planning for all distributors in light of backlog, credit status, payment and shipment plans to help maximize sales performance
- Work closely with pricing team to support rebate program for each quarter
- Responsible for maintaining China Channel backlog
- Responsible for reporting and monitoring distributors'/partners' weeks of inventory (WOI) to ensure data accuracy
- Plan and conduct stock take audit with distributors/partners
- Support statutory audit, SOX certifications and other ad-hoc matters as required.

APAC projects
- Assist the APAC Channel Controller in driving initiatives to drive process and business improvement across the APAC region
- Drive WOI forecasting and actual reporting
- APAC rebates tracking
- Quarter end orders and sales estimates tracking
- Other adhoc projects as required

**Basic Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years of post-graduate Finance/Accounting experience. Business finance experience will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and experience in dealing with people at all levels. Ability to interface effectively with internal business units and external partners.
- Good team player; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team and be able to provide cover for other team members.
- Must maintain a high level of accuracy with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Oracle and Macro a plus.
- Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
