Mis Executive

1. Responsible for developing an overall IT plan and roadmap for the company and initiating IT strategies to align with business goals.

2. Responsible for overseeing the overall IT environment of the company:

- Develop, implement, and oversee cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect the company from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop, implement, and oversee IT network system plans and policies to ensure the company’s IT network operates smoothly with continuous improvement when the need arises.
- Manage and supervise the software development initiatives including planning, developing, testing & deployment process.
- Manage and supervise the maintenance of the company's computer hardware software and printer.
- Manage and supervise IT compliance with relevant company policies and regulatory requirements.

3. Responsible for recruiting, developing, and mentoring IT team members with clear performance expectations and reviews.

4. Responsible for managing IT departmental budget and resources in ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

5. Responsible for carrying out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field is necessary for this role.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate.
- Knowledge of setting up IT infrastructure for the company is expected.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- A positive and constructive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Effective time management skills and the capability to meet project deadlines consistently.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
