**Professional Services Team, SEA**

We provide our solutions on a global scale. Southeast Asia (SEA) is central to the group’s growth plans and presents GBG with a significant opportunity to address both existing and new clients' business objectives with a full solution showcase. Importantly we consistently put the customer first and by doing so we focus on providing high quality customer service, this delivers improvements to the customer’s journey, which will generate enhanced profitability.

The team is responsible for providing professional services to address business objectives in the areas of risk prevention and fraud detection. To offer state-of-the-art software solutions and provide comprehensive client delivery and consulting support using our expertise and flexible, client-focused approach.

**The role**

The Technical Delivery Lead role is a team lead role that contributes to the successful deployment of GBG products and consulting for high customer satisfaction with existing customers in APAC and EMEA.

The role will oversee all the issue that potentially raised in a project by both business analyst and technical analyst, but also directly involved in any software customisation based on client request(s) which require a code change to our products. A key part of the role will be ensuring our solutions are delivered to high standards of quality and excellence.

**What you will do**

**Project Delivery**
- Oversee and provide guidance to technical analyst and business analyst during project phase
- Accountable for all the issue raised in project which related to GBG’s offering products
- Co-operate with project manager to deal with stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of projects

**Development**
- Lead the PS development team
- Lead and own the development process flow and department framework
- Involve in SDLC lifecycle
- Resource assignments on development tasks
- Build modules that amplify the value of our core solutions engine

**Documentation**
- Work closely with internal team members to document technical requirements, unit testing documents, provide product training on solution functionalities

**Technical Support**
- Technical product support during different stages of the project

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development in an Information Technology environment
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project delivery
- Strong knowledge of Front-End Programming Language:

- JavaScript
- jQuery
- HTML
- CSS
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Programming Language:

- ASP.Net MVC
- C#
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and solutions including
- Windows Server and its components (for example, IIS), o Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft.NET Framework o Web/Windows Applications and Services
- Experience in REST/SOAP API with JSON/XML
- Knowledge in jQuery, NodeJS, Bootstrap, Angular JS is a plus
- Ability to analyse and interpret business requirements
- Actively liaise with project team and QA team to ensure smooth delivery of the development work assigned
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential
