Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
- Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information form invoices and prepare invoices for return goods.
- Confer with customer by telephone or in person to provide information about product and service, to take or enter order, cancel account, or to obtain details of complaints
- Contact customer to respond inquiry or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustment.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposit or payments, or arrange for billing
- Keep records of customer infection and transactions, recording details inquiries, complains and comments as well as action taken.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to access validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
- Refer unsolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Resolve customer service or bailing complains by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
