A **sales coordinator** is responsible for **supporting sales representatives**, **coordinating sales activities**, and **maintaining good customer relationships**. Responsibilities include:

- Tracking the performance of a globally distributed sales team vis-à-vis their respective geographic region targets.
- Ensuring that the sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date marketing collaterals.
- Identifying the source of leads, distributing leads and enquiries to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Verifying offer letters have the correct fee, scholarships as committed by the sales representative and delivered on time to prospective learners.
- Managing third party sales agents, their onboarding, vendor registration and commission payments.
- Tracking the first instalment payment of fees and liaising with finance for issue of receipt.
- Initiating the enrolment process for all learners who have paid their first installment.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide customized on-demand report tracking the performance of sales team.
- Managing budgets for expenses related to sales and marketing, including vendor payment initiation.
- Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Ensuring basic adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a recognized degree in Marketing/Business or related discipline.
- At least 1 year working experience in sales role with experience in handling CRM software.
- Good command over spoken and written English and working knowledge of Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
- Obsession for maintaining highest quality and ethical standards.
- Willing to work in KL area.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
