Job description
- Maintain business calendar and coordinate travel and meeting schedules
- Handle all travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress and key risks
- Distribute information, coordinates tasks and action items on behalf of the CEO’s office to the team
- Maintain contacts directory for key persons
- Welcome and host guest/ visitors for the senior management team
- Conduct research and prepare reports

Required
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Accounting is required.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication skills in all three languages.
- Able Working 5.5 days
Monday to Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
- Company provide lunch

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
