**About this role**:
As a Corporate Secretary Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Corporate Secretarial department. Working closely with the Corporate Secretary and executive team, you will ensure that all corporate activities and compliance requirements are met with precision and efficiency.

**You Will Work On**:
Managing day-to-day operations within the Corporate Secretary department.
- Supporting the Corporate Secretary and executive team in overseeing compliance deadlines, processing documentation, and maintaining meticulous record-keeping using Accounting Superhero shared drive.
- Management of client statutory records, anticipating client needs, and actively working to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in preparing company incorporation paperwork for both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Assist in drafting standard company resolutions for both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Responsible for filing incorporation and resolution documents for both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to corporate governance regulations and requirements.
- Assist in sending secretarial letters to clients for Annual Returns and Annual General Meetings.
- Support in preparing annual returns for Malaysian companies and ensure timely filing.
- Help manage clients' corporate secretarial deadlines.
- Coordinate communication with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), company secretaries, and clients on secretarial matters.
- Compile a monthly schedule of fees payable to company secretaries.
- Attend to clients during meetings, whether in-person or online.
- Visit the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other government bodies for secretarial matters when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretary and executive team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents.
- Perform any additional duties related to secretarial matters.
- Fulfil any other assignments delegated by the supervisor.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
