- Responsible for a wide spectrum of administrative, secretarial and general office support duties
- To perform any ad-hoc duties from time to time
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- To perform a proper filing system
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Help maintain the budget plan, organize and schedule meetings
- Carry out clerical duties including answering phones, correspondence and preparing documents
- Manage the intake of stock, including checking deliveries, verifying accuracy, and updating inventory records.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Positive attitude, good personality and able to communicate well
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Applicant **MUST** be a Malaysian citizen
- Applicant **MUST** be willing to work at Puteri Harbour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
