Operations Coordinator

1. Provide workers daily job sheet in written with date of completion. Prepare the report at the end of the week. 2. Supervise, coach and train workers 3. Prepare, manage and maintain weekly delivery schedules. 4. Liaise with Accounting department to ensure that full payment is received before delivering the goods 5. Liaise with customers for delivery arrangements. 6. Arrange lorry transportation and assign workers for deliveries if required 7. Inspect the goods before delivery to ensure quality standards are met 8. Manage customer service and provide after sales service. 9. Liaise with logistic company about container arrival. 10. Manage production and maintain the inventory of raw materials including safety stocks
