Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks across various outlets
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters
  • Analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights for operations improvement
  • Ensure timely compilation of stock and collection reports
  • Maintain accurate filing of outlet documents

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Show resilience under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (an added advantage)
