Customer Service Admin Officer

As a Full-Time Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly, and you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Handle all visitors & incoming calls, record inquiries and messages.
- Assist on social media postings, e-commerce
- Receive, sort & distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor system portal.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and common areas.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to provide support and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common software like Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
