Credit Control Officer

Follow up on overdue invoices and payments, and implement company collection procedure as necessary.
- Liaise with bank and insurance company on documentation, payment and status update.
- Issuing Credit Note Requisition and Billing.
- Processing refund for online payment.
- Update system in timely manner.
- Managing inquiries from customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in credit control, customer service and administration support is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A good attitude and willing to learn and be a team player.
- Committed with a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented.
- Patience and meticulous.
- Good customer service and communication skill.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
