SKOP KERJA -Merancang pelan tindakan dan menerajui jualan bagi mencapai target jualan (gadai janji/ pembiayaan peribadi). - Melakukan pembentangan serta memberi khidmat rundingan atau cadangan yang bersesuaian dengan keperluan bisnes pelanggan. - Membina hubungan jangka panjang yang memberi keuntungan melalui servis khidmat pelanggan yang profesional dan berkualiti. - Bekerjasama dengan pihak yang terlibat dalam merancang pelancaran produk untuk memastikan hasil dan jumlah pengeluaran yang ditetapkan tercapai. - Menjadi rujukan bagi produk-produk bank kepada pihak berkenaan untuk memastikan jangkauan pelanggan yang optimum serta mencapai target yang ditetapkan. - Bertindak sebagai tempat rujukan bagi solusi pembiayaan runcit dan titik kolaborasi dengan premis bisnes yang lain dalam menjual produk-produk bank demi mewujudkan hubungan perniagaan yang saling menguntungkan. - Bertindak sebagai penghubung tunggal pelanggan dan mengendalikan interaksi yang berkaitan dengan pengurusan. - Melaksanakan Know Your Customer (Kenali pelanggan Anda)/ Customer Due Diligence for financial/non-financial transactions. - Memastikan standard servis khidmat pelanggan selaras dengan kualiti dan standard yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
