The Intern, Employee Engagement is primarily responsible for assisting on university outreach activities and assisting the Manager and Head of Employee Engagement in administrative and reporting work related to the bankwide employee engagement (EE) survey and activities based on the survey.

Internship Scope:

- 1. Employee Engagement- Employee Engagement Survey: Assist EE Manager to collate the results and create the reports in Powerpoint.-
- Assist EE Manager to drive a high level of consistent execution for employee engagement activities-
- Ensure EE activities registration set up timely and communicated accurately.-
- Track attendance, compile feedback and results for each EE activity for inclusion in internal/ external reporting.- 2. University Outreach- Track and provide insights into the Master Applicant Tracker by (but not limited to) applicants by university, division, program etc. Provide monthly update to Head, EE.Track and provide insights into number of resumes passed to BPs from uni outreach efforts - screened, interviewed, hired. Provide monthly update to Head, EE.-
- Work with vendors to ensure recruitment collaterals are up to date including but not limited to videos, posters, buntings, booklets, backdrops, props.-
- Ensure all jobs are up to date on job boards, internal tracker and for all career fairs and other outreach activities.-
- Help create and design communications for recruitment including but not limited to LinkedIn posts etc.- 3. Other- To help out on other assigned duties when required.- Eligibility- Malaysian citizen;-
- Undergraduate/ graduate in any field of study from a local or international university;-
- Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent;-
- Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks);-
- Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities;-
- Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment;-
- Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.- Remuneration- A basic monthly allowance- About Hong Leong Bank_
