**What you will do**:

- Build and/or execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Lead content production for social media across two countries (MY & SG), encompassing copywriting, storyboarding, scripting, shooting, and styling to create engaging content that builds meaningful connections with our brands.
- Strategizing content pillars and sub-pillars for each social media platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Oversee and establish guidelines for the writing style and tone of all content.
- Manage the end-to-end process of influencer campaigns, from approaching suitable KOLs/influencers, creating and presenting briefs, content development to performance review.
- Manage influencer content and moderate all User Generated Content (UGC) in accordance with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules for social media.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage reputation, drive integrated communication strategies and campaigns end-to-end solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools and technologies. Innovate and experiment with new features and platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Continuously improve, analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
- Handle any social media crisis and develop communication plans to address issues effectively.
- Promote and support company events through online and offline, including creating event-specific content and engaging with attendees online.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Mass Comm or any related field.
- At least 5 years of proven social media career experience.
- Excellent knowledge of each social media channel and good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Good in visual creation and video editing skills especially video post on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc will be a plus.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining a consistently high level of quality.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn, proactive and curious. Able to both receive and give constructive feedback with thoughtfulness and grace.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow through abilities.
- Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia, with effective communication skills to leverage the team's abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
