Sqkii is known for our flagship #HuntTheMouse campaign that gives away cold, hard cash to players who find hidden coins. If you’ve seen Singaporeans squatting in random spots, walking around with metal detectors, or sticking their heads under tablesyou’ve probably seen one of our games in action. Besides our hunts, we also create custom games that bring players on other real life adventures and virtual journeys through their mobile screens — they’re also super cool, just ask the mouse.

Right now, we’re bringing #HuntTheMouse beyond the shores of Singapore to other cities across Asia-Pacific. We visited 5 cities in just Q2 2023 alone, and oh boy do we have big plans ahead. Big plans = bigger team, so we’re on the hunt (ha) for someone who wants to hop onto this thrilling ride.

As our Copywriter and Social Media Strategist, you’ll join our storytellers in bringing games to life through a variety of personas. Aside from being the voices of our games and developing narratives, you’ll also get to dabble in stuff like treasure hunts and social media copywriting. We’re open to ideas from literally anyone in the team, so be prepared to go wild, challenge, and be challenged on this journey. If you’re creative, attentive, and can conjure worlds with just your pen (or keyboard), we would absolutely love to meet you.

By the way, you’ll be working with our Operations Lead and the rest of our content and design team to deliver our tales in the best ways possible. They’re a friendly bunch and they love stories, so hit us up with your best ones — send over any creative writing samples you have when applying

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Creating clear and compelling copy to best meet the stakeholders’ objectives
- Producing engaging gameplay and UI copy that excite our players
- Developing and executing social media marketing strategies to deliver content to Sqkii’s player base and beyond
- Acting as the guardian of Sqkii’s brand voice and those of our clients’ across different games and marketing campaigns

**What you’ll need**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of self-motivation
- Strong experience in social media marketing
- Creativity and the ability to understand and respond to clients’ needs
- Confidence in your own abilities
- Language proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay is a plus

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
