**SALARY RANGE : MYR 3,120 - MYR 4,120**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Study and analyze the nature of the demand of our flights to ensure that we are maximizing the revenue from direct and indirect traffic;
- Invest time to understand the distribution of our flight capacity and the best means to monetize of the connectivity of the network.
- To build dashboards and report to capture customer needs, market conditions and purchase behaviors;
- Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models.
- Able to present pricing analysis and strategy with sound insights, trends, and suggestions
- Lead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations
- Able to identify opportunity to increase rates or reduce cost where possible

**Requirements**:

- Ability to understand prioritization and make balanced decisions between generating revenue and meeting customer expectations;
- Attention to detail in identifying, tracking and resolving issues at various levels;
- Pride in achieving every cent earned or saved for the company;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Great at finding creative solutions to puzzles and problems;
- Confident in public settings and comfortable speaking in front of an audience;
- Calm and composed, particularly during high-pressure situations;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and prior experience using it for work;
- Trustworthy, reliable, with strong references to support;
- Analytical background and mindset;
