Responsible for recruiting new specialists to join Beacon Hospital.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the recruitment & retention of consultants.
- Work on the consultant's privilege procedure.
- To be market sensitive and constantly gather market intelligence.
- Prepare and provide Ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics and reporting.
- Responsible to the administrative works of the Department including preparation of reports, presentations, proposal, etc.
- Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
- To organize and coordinate all meetings that fall within the jurisdiction of the medical affairs department and must be familiar with virtual meeting platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Affairs Manager to manage clinician expectations and monitor revenue activity.
- Liaison and coordinate with multi-stakeholders in regards to clinician activity which includes overseeing on-call duty schedule, activation of new doctors and etc.
- Make sure proper entry of all consultant’s info into the database.
- Assume any other responsibilities allocated by management.
- Maintain a consistent filling system to ensure efficient retrieval throughout the department.
- To develop and manage department records, which includes updating clinicians' files, maintaining the data base, and maintaining the confidentiality of private and confidential data.
- Capable of use critical thinking to resolve problems with mínimal supervision.
- Must possess strong time management abilities in order to complete assignments on schedule.
- Must maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clinicians and interdepartmental personnel.

Must have good interpersonal communication skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
